STS Turbocharger System
STS Turbocharger Systems are designed so that they can be installed with average mechanical ability and without the need for specialty tools. Most systems can be installed in 4-6 hours by first time installers.
Our installation manual contains full color photos with step-by-step instructions which are clear and easy to follow. No cutting or modifying of the vehicle is necessary to install our system. All components mount to existing factory mounts and hardware. The system can also be removed in about an hour and virtually leaves no trace that it was ever installed.
STS Turbo Systems utilize top quality Garrett turbochargers and TiAL wastegates to give you years of trouble free driving and consistent performance. All tubing is coated with industry leading HPC coating. Turbocharger systems carry a full 12 month warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. The new H.O. Intercooled ProCharger system for 1998-2002 LS1 F-Body applications
is now available, and produces an industry-leading 535 horsepower on stock motors
running pump gas. Featuring the self-contained P-1SC-1 ProCharger and twin highflow
intercooler system as standard equipment, this recently introduced ProCharger
system produces the largest power gains available for the LS1 motor. The system
has a three-year supercharger warranty. Both the supercharger and intercooler
system are compatible with additional power upgrades, as they both support over
750 horsepower.
This industry-leading new intercooled supercharger system creates 535
horsepower on an LS1 motor with 7 psi of highly efficient intercooled
boost. The self-contained P-1SC-1 ProCharger (gear driven, with no need
to punch a hole in the oil pan) and twin highflow intercooler system
together produce the coolest charge air temperatures and greatest reliable
power gains, as well as largest hp gains per pound of boost. The 7 psi
pulley is standard, and a 5 psi pulley (which produces 490 hp) is also
available. For those with highly modified motors and/or wishing to do custom
tuning, an Intercooled Tuner Kit is also available, which includes the D-1SC
ProCharger, but is otherwise identical to the HO.

SLP 85mm MAF
SL Bellows Kit
SLP offers this larger-than-stock (85 mm) mass air flow (MAF) sensor designed for modified engines and calibrated specifically for 98 - 01 LS-1 Camaro and Firebirds as well as 97 - 00 C5 Corvette (requires use of #23061 bellows kit). This lightweight composite MAF can add as much as 10 hp, via proper air flow metering due in part to the use of "flow straightners" and less incoming air flow restriction. The stock 75 mm MAF sensor flows only enough air to feed an engine making slightly more horsepower than stock. SLP’s MAF flows enough air to support an engine producing 600 hp. This item should be considered a "must have" if your looking for maximum horsepower.
